Ashley Lewis & Aaron Lines
Two great shows, one amazing concert! Rising star, Ashley Lewis and acclaimed Country music artist, Aaron Lines take the stage to perform hits such as: Ashley Lewis: “Here I Stand” and “Cascade”, Aaron Lines: “Cheaper to Keep Her”, “Somebody’s Son” and “Moments That Matter”.
An Illinois native, Ashley Lewis has fronted the spirited Country band, Ashton Gap, for nine years. Known for her dynamic vocals and mandolin and fiddle performances, Ashley is also a profound songwriter, and evidence of her Country legacy appears in the words and music of her original songs. By blending a variety of mandolin styles and her own rhythmic technique, Ashley has developed a unique sound that is true to the traditional roots of Country with her own added flair. This rising star recently recorded her new album, Here I Stand, in Nashville with ten of the thirteen tracks written or co-written by her.
Acclaimed Canadian Country music artist, Aaron Lines has found success in both Canada in the United States, having reached #1 in both countries. He received Male Artist of the Year and the Rising Star Award at the 2003 CCMA Awards. His hit single, “Cheaper to Keep Her” went #1 on all three major Canadian Country Charts – the only Canadian artist to do that since Shania Twain. He was also recently awarded The Decades Most Played Country Artist on Canadian Radio by www.traxreport.com. Aaron has toured with some of Country music’s biggest stars, including: Brooks & Dunn, Rascal Flatts, Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, Martina McBride and LeAnn Rimes.
