Rumours
Lester B. Pearson Theatre
At a large, tastefully appointed Sneden's Landing townhouse, the Deputy Mayor of New York
has just shot himself. Though only a flesh wound, four couples are about to experience a
severe attack of Farce. Gathering for their tenth wedding anniversary, the host lies
bleeding in the other room and his wife is nowhere in sight. His lawyer, Ken and wife
Chris must get "the story" straight before the other guests arrive. As the
confusions and miscommunications mount, the evening spins off into classic farcical
hilarity.

I, Claudia
Rose Studio Theatre
Blissfully funny, unexpectedly touching
a must see. - Toronto Star
This extraordinary one-woman show maps the raw, but beautiful interior life of a misfit

astonishingly expressive masks the performer evokes the anguished Claudia, her
grandfather, her dads new girlfriend, and the school janitor. Both heartbreakingly
sad and wrenchingly funny, I, Claudia casts a spell of rare power in the theatre.
One of Canadas most celebrated plays running for nine consecutive years and winning
two Dora Awards, two Canadian Comedy Awards, a Sterling Award, an ACTRA award, and a
Gemini. |
