Brampton Farmers Market
Downtown Brampton
The 2011 Brampton Farmers Market runs from June 18 to October 8, every Saturday
morning, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., rain or shine.
Each Saturday Main Street in Downtown Brampton is closed to traffic and turned into a
vibrant outdoor festival marketplace. Visitors gather to buy the freshest, local Ontario
produce, hand-made crafts, preserves, baked goods and much more from more than 40 vendors.
Going into its 25th year, under the direction of the City of Bramptons Economic
Development Office, the Brampton Farmers Market has seen an ever-increasing
attendance at this successful community event.
The produce you select is picked only hours earlier
from the field straight to you
with no stops, no delays along the way. Brampton Farmers Market vendors come from as
far away as Beamsville, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and Vineland Station and as close as
Georgetown but still within the 100-mile locally grown radius. Brampton Farmers
Market is a producer-based, seasonal farmers market and therefore the customer can
buy straight from the farmer. |
